Heather H Nations

As a psychodynamically trained, and relational therapist, my goal is to help you lead a fuller life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand the impact of past events and resolve challenges in your present life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will examine long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

In addition to my formal schooling, I have also received specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders. I look forward to working with adolescents, women and men who struggle with destructive eating and/or exercising behaviors and negative body image. My goal is to help my clients discover their particular road to recovery.
